TIDELAB™ Shipping Policy

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

TIDELAB™ currently ships to Australia and New Zealand.

  • Australia: Free standard shipping on all orders.

  • New Zealand: Standard shipping rates apply at checkout.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

  2. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier:

  • Australia – Metro areas: 3–5 business days

  • Australia – Regional areas: 5–10 business days

  • New Zealand: 7–14 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or extreme weather. TIDELAB™ is not responsible for delivery delays outside of our control.


RISK AND TITLE

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues.


LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@tidelab.com.au. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.
